How to Cooke crispy chicken fillet








Covering : 1 container bread pieces, salt, pepper, dried parsley A piece of chicken fillet season with pepper, ginger, garlic. Batter : 1/3 cup flour, salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, garlic, water. Dip chicken in batter, coat well with bread crumbs. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to cook Fry over medium heat about 7 minutes until bottom side crisp and golden. Move hot oil with a tong/spatula to soak chicken surface Turn to took the other side, cook about 6 - 7 more minutes, check the thickest part When the juice running clear after you check, move from the pan Rest on paper towel Slice if you like Chicken cooked through and juicy Serve with sauce on the side Enjoy...
